EOD Tutorial: air squats

Here are the two variations of the air squat acceptable during the Sisu Fit Games. A true air squat requires that the hips come back, back remains flat, pressure is applied to the heels of the foot, and your thighs are almost parallel to the floor. This completed as shown results 10 point per completion. Using a ball, the balust not be more than 2 inches above the knee, constestant can only apply a brief contact with the ball. Bouncing results in a 5 point deduction. Each properly completed repetition results in 5 points. Shall the contestant sit onto the ball then stand upright, yields 2 points.
